Why does there appear to be only one product available?The website offers one product everyday at an unbeatable price. Due to the high demand for each product the site works on a ‘first come first serve’ basis and a product is listed until all the stock has gone. What sort of products are sold on 1Day2Buy?Expect anything. From electronics to gardening tools, from dishwashers to training shoes, 1Day2Buy will sell almost anything you can think of that we can offer at an attractive price. Be sure to visit the site daily to see what outstanding product is on sale that day and visit the forum to discuss our products or suggest future products you would like to see on 1Day2Buy. How long is the product listed for?The product of the day is made available at 12 midnight and is listed for 24 hours or until our stock level reaches 0. If our stock level reaches 0 the product will become unavailable to buy. I saw a product I wanted last week, can I still buy it?Don’t worry if you have missed a product or the stock has run out. The 1Day2Buy site contains a history of all the products that were recently listed which can still be purchased but at a higher price than on the day it was listed. |
Orders & PaymentsHow secure is the payment process?All your details remain secure throughout the transaction process. We use Sage Pay (the new name for Protx) who have a achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). What happens to my personal details?All details are encrypted using 128bit SSL certificates. No cardholder details are ever paned unencrypted and any messages sent to us via our servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. How do I cancel an order?You can cancel an order by telephone, letter or email quoting your order reference. When are products usually delivered?You should allow 5 working days for delivery but the majority of products will arrive before then. Can I collect my products?Items can be collected if 48 hours notice is given. Please contact us via telephone to arrange this. Do you deliver on at the weekend?We do offer a Saturday delivery service but at an extra cost which varies depending on the product sold.
